Role: Senior Manager of Technology Product Management leading Business Analysis within Therapeutics Discovery IT at Johnson & Johnson Objectives: establish and mature a Business Analysis capability to support scientific, data, automation, and technology initiatives. Responsibilities build and lead a team of Business Analysts define standards, best practices, and talent development lead complex analysis efforts translating scientific and operational needs into actionable plans partner with stakeholders across scientific and technical teams manage portfolio alignment and resource allocation promote continuous capability improvement Requirements bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, IT, Business, or related 10+ years in Business Analysis, Product Management, or consulting experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred experience supporting pharma, biotech, healthcare, or scientific sectors familiarity with laboratory automation, AI, or digital tools knowledge of Agile methodologies, process modeling, and organizational change HighValue leadership in biotech/pharma environments, cross-disciplinary stakeholder engagement, complex project oversight, and capability building for scientific technology workflows WorkSetup not specified #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
