Financial Services Representative

Our busy guardianship company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible paying bills and providing financial support to a large caseload of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records of wards
- Answer incoming phone calls from businesses and clients
- Obtain, maintain and update insurance
- Work with banks, Social Security, Insurance companies etc.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of social security, Medicaid, insurances
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
