Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Principal Investigator (PI) on a minimum of five industry-focused drug trials in medical oncology.
• Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals, particularly in oncology research.
• Experience in obtaining and managing industry-funded research projects.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines for clinical trials (e.g., FDA, ICH-GCP).
• Experience mentoring junior researchers and medical personnel.
• Expertise in developing and executing strategies for patient recruitment and retention in clinical trials.
• History of successful collaboration with fellow researchers, institutions, and industry partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong background in designing, implementing, and overseeing clinical trials.
• Proven success in writing and securing grants from both industry and government sources.
• Solid skills in data analysis, biostatistics, and interpreting research findings.
• Experience presenting research outcomes at conferences and meetings.
• Ability to adapt to emerging research methodologies and technologies.
• Innovative mindset to formulate new research questions and strategies.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
