Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 7:00–9:00 AM & 2:00 PM–Bedtime | Flexible Schedule | Occasional Evenings, Weekends & Overnights

Compensation: $35–$40/hour DOE | Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick & Personal Days | $100 Overnight Rate

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and engaging care for three girls, ages 6, 5, and 3
• Help with morning routines and getting the children ready for their day
• Provide afternoon care through bedtime
• Assist with school and activity transitions
• Drive the children as needed using a family-provided vehicle
• Plan creative, age-appropriate activities
• Encourage arts, crafts, imaginative play, storytelling, outdoor activities, and active play
• Assist with children’s evening and bedtime routines
• Prepare light meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain organization of children’s rooms, toys, clothing, and belongings
• Assist with household organizational projects, including closets, pantry, toys, and other areas
• Assist with household and Family Assistant responsibilities as needed
• Provide housekeeping support as part of the broader household role
• Work collaboratively with Mom to help the household run smoothly
• Provide additional support when children are sick
• Be flexible for occasional later evenings or nights with advance notice
• Provide occasional weekend coverage
• Provide occasional overnight care
• Be comfortable assuming full responsibility for the children when Mom occasionally travels
• Communicate openly and consistently with Mom and other household staff

Ideal Candidate

• Several years of professional nanny experience
• Strong experience with school-aged and preschool-aged children
• Confident caring for three children
• Warm, loving, patient, calm, and emotionally supportive
• Fun, light-hearted, intelligent, and engaging
• Creative and comfortable with arts, crafts, drama, storytelling, and imaginative play
• Able to establish appropriate structure and routines
• Highly dependable and able to work as part of a team
• Flexible regarding schedule changes, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights
• Comfortable assuming full responsibility for the children when needed
• Organized, proactive, and willing to assist beyond basic childcare
• Comfortable with household organization and housekeeping responsibilities
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and communicative
• Looking for a long-term position and interested in becoming an important part of the family’s life

• Morning coverage approximately 7:00–9:00 AM

• Possibility of having one designated evening per week
• Occasional weekend hours
• Occasional overnights
• Candidate may occasionally have full responsibility for the children while Mom travels
