Clinical Pharmacist

As a Clinical Pharmacist I at MedStar Health, you will deliver safe, evidence-based medication therapy to patients in a large regional healthcare system. In this role, you verify and dispense medications, review medication profiles for safety and efficacy, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members on individualized pharmacotherapy plans. You will provide direct patient counseling, support transitions of care through medication reconciliation, monitor therapeutic drug levels, and document interventions in the electronic health record.
