Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is desirable. Strong familiarity with gaming culture and community dynamics. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a calm approach to challenging situations. Detail-oriented and accountable in moderating online content. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
