About the Role Mercor is hiring experienced Project Management Specialists to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated project management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications across technical projects. Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and other project artifacts for quality and accuracy. Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance. Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions and provide expert feedback. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or another closely related project management role. Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects. Ability to commit 20+ hours per week . Strong written English communication skills. Additional Information Start date: Immediate Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval).
