Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Grand Blanc Twp, MI

Job Description
- Dates of coverage: As soon as credentialed - ongoing. Need providers as soon as possible, May 1 at the latest.
- Need for six full-time candidates but open to candidates for PRN coverage.
- Priority is given to candidates available for full-time coverage.
- Reason for coverage: Four maternity leaves (May-September) and short staffing.
- Practice setting: Hospital-based.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday day shifts; open to 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
- Locums typically do not take call.
- Documentation system: Paper charts- No EMR
- CRNA role: Team approach with a lot of independence; may supervise or have CRNA students shadow.
- Average surgical cases per day: 30-50 cases.
- OR staff: SAA, surgeon, CRNA.
- Number of operating rooms: 22.
- Candidate requirements: Prefer experienced candidates but willing to train on harder cases if needed.
- Patient demographic: Typically adults.

NBCRNA - REQUIRED Active MI license or IMLC - REQUIRED- May consider licensing candidates for the right candidate
Clean Background- REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
Required to work a minimum of 3 days per week- Required
