Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReceiving / Kitting Associate Location: Bourne, MAPay Rate: $20/hrSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pmPosition Summary The Receiving / Kitting Associate is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, and assembling kits for production use. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, and prepared for manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming materials and verify against packing slips and purchase ordersInspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damagesLabel, organize, and stock incoming inventory in designated areasBuild and stage kits based on production orders and specificationsMaintain accurate inventory records and documentationSupport material flow to production teams as neededKeep receiving and kitting areas clean and organizedFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualifications 1-3 years of receiving, inventory, warehouse, or kitting experienceExperience using ERP systems requiredBasic computer skills, including data entry and inventory transactionsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as needed#3368ST
