We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and EXPERIENCED Roll Off/Dumpster Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating roll-off trucks to transport waste and recyclable materials to designated locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading materials. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We E-Verify.
Duties
- Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload containers at various job sites, utilizing appropriate equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and service needs.
- Assist in the training of new drivers as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and mechanical tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record (provided by you).
- Experience as a Roll Off and Side Dump driver required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on vehicles.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
