Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, itinerant position puts your skills to work across multiple campuses, collaborating closely with educators and support professionals to help students achieve lasting success.

Expect a schedule aligned with standard school hours (37.5–40 hours weekly), and compensation based on experience ranging from $55–$65 per hour.

Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid BCBA certification in good standing from the BACB
• Minimum of 1 year of recent school-based BCBA experience
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation training
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated passion for promoting positive student outcomes
• Reliable transportation to fulfill itinerant responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create/monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, psychologists, social workers, fellow BCBAs, and administration
• Provide ongoing behavioral support for student cases across the spectrum from mild to severe
• Offer consultation to school teams, empowering staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
