We're looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead critical financial operations, mentor a high-performing team, and help shape the future of the accounting function. The ideal candidate brings strong public accounting experience, sound technical expertise, and a passion for building efficient, scalable accounting operations.

• 3+ of public accounting experience
• Background in public accounting is required.
• Strong understanding of general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Ability to interpret accounting guidance and apply sound financial controls in daily operations.
• Experience preparing reports and communicating financial results to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheet tools used for analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
