Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate clients and families on strategies for success.
Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Stay updated on best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience in pediatric or adult therapy preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
