Revenue & Compensation

As a Pro Fleet Independent Contractor, you'll receive:

  • 70% of linehaul revenue
  • 86% of the fuel surcharge (FSC)
  • 70% of detention pay
  • Weekly settlements

Truck Payment Protection

If you're unable to work three or more days during a payroll week due to WEL-related issues , you may qualify for:

  • One-half truck payment credit
  • Available once per month (additional approvals available through committee review)

This benefit helps offset unexpected downtime, allowing you to bank those savings toward family vacations, retirement, college savings, or future business investments.

Driver Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Qualified Independent Contractor or Owner-Operator
