Warehouse Team Member / Delivery Driver
Location: Gunter, TX Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00am4:00pm Pay Range: $18$22/hour (depending on experience) Position Type: Full-Time, Non-CDL
About The Role
Our waterworks division, Winston-Cox Waterworx, is hiring a Warehouse Team Member / Delivery Driver for our Gunter, TX branch. This is a hands-on role that's ideal for someone who wants to learn the waterworks supply distribution business from the ground up.
This position is a mix of warehouse work and local deliveries. You'll be on your feet, on the road, and part of a tight-knit team that keeps customers supplied and jobs moving. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and looking for a role with room to grow, this can be a great career launch pad.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Safely run local deliveries to job sites using company trucks and trailers (non-CDL)
- Ensure orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time
- Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Perform basic delivery vehicle checks and maintenance (fueling, cleanliness, reporting issues)
- Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support daily operations
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment and outdoors as needed
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience is a plus, but we can train the right person
- Prior warehouse, delivery, construction, or supply house experience is helpful but not required
