The RN will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting, ensuring efficient and effective treatment is administered in critical situations. Responsibilities Assess patients’ conditions and provide appropriate care in the Emergency Room. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices to guide clinical decisions. Document patient information and care accurately in the medical records. Perform advanced nursing procedures as required. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Qualifications Must have a current and valid nursing license. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting. Certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
