About the Family: A wonderful family in Birmingham, AL is seeking a compassionate and reliable nanny to support their busy household of four children, including twin 2-year-old boys, a 4-year-old daughter, and a daughter in kindergarten. Care during the school year will primarily be for the twins. During school breaks and summer, will need care for all 4 kids. The family is looking for someone who can provide engaging care, support daily routines, and assist with household tasks. They are a Christian family and prefer a sitter who shares similar values and is willing to become part of the family. A bubbly and outgoing personality is preferred, but all personality types are welcome to apply. This family values connection and initiative, and they seek someone who is a good multitasker and can keep up with their high-energy and fun home. Responsibilities: Care for twin 2-year-old boys, 4-year-old daughter, and kindergartner Drive the kids to activities on Mondays (nearby) Light cleaning: dishes, tidying up after kids, loading/unloading dishwasher, laundry help Flexible to help with extra household tasks (organization, putting clothes away) During summer, need will increase to 4 days per week, 8 AM-1:30 PM (June-August); can likely provide Mon-Fri if preferred Help with all 4 kids during school breaks (not on major holidays) Qualifications: Must be a strong, reliable driver Able to multitask and handle multiple children at once Sweet, kind, and emotionally engaging with kids Comfortable with light cleaning duties Preference for someone who shares Christian values Additional Information: Start date ASAP, but flexible if needed due to holidays Rate: $20/hr for twins only, will increase when caring for all 4 kids Weekly housekeeper already in place Willing to offer extra hours for additional household help if desired Flexible on personality but seeks someone who is patient, energetic, and caring
