About the Position

Opportunity:

RRT - Respiratory Therapy

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Work in a 350-bed facility with variable patient ratios
• 5 respiratory therapists staffed on each shift
• Operate ventilators including Dragers, Hamilton BiPAP, and V60 equipment
• Document using Meditech system
• Perform ABG draws and analysis, ventilator management, non-invasive ventilation, and high-flow nasal cannula therapy
• Assist with intubation and bronchoscopy procedures
• Provide routine floor care and intra-hospital transportation
• At least Level II trauma experience required
• Experience with pediatrics and critical care required
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS, and RRT or CRT
• Required uniform: Ceil blue scrubs
• AIDET patient experience framework used
• Flexible schedule options available within a team-oriented environment
