What You Will Do Commission & Optimize: Set up and commission brand-new, high-value industrial machinery at client sites. Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Identify mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on-site and execute precise corrective actions. Train & Supervise: Occasionally lead and train client personnel-ranging from floor laborers to corporate executives-on equipment operation. Document & Report: Maintain accurate Field Service Reports for client invoicing and managing timely expense reports. What They’re Looking For Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Machinist, Millwright, or Industrial Service Technician. Technical Aptitude: A formal degree is not required. They value highly demonstrated technical ability, a strong curiosity to learn, and excellent blueprint reading skills. Core Skills: Solid, practical experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Communication: The ability to communicate professionally and build rapport with all levels of client personnel. Travel Flexibility: Ready to travel 3-5 days domestically, with the passport flexibility to handle international assignments lasting up to 4-6 weeks on rare occasions.
