This high-impact role oversees activities related to the procurement of indirect categories across the US, Canada, and LATAM.Compensation: Based on qualifications, we anticipate the hiring range will be $165,000-$175,000, with eligibility foradditional incentive compensation aligned with company performance.Hybrid Work: We require team members to be in the Minneapolis office three days per week, offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.Benefits Offered:Health & Financial: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, family hearing aid benefits, and tuition reimbursement.Work-life Balance: Generous vacation, safe and sick leave, paid holidays, paid volunteer time off, parental leave and bereavement.Well-being: Access to our Wellness Hub and Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing holistic support for you and your family.Career Development: Access to Ampli-Academy, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, team training, and additional specialized training.Commuter Support: Reimbursement for transportation (parking downtown, bus or train)Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing & Team LeadershipProvide strategic leadership to plan and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply assurance, aligned with the global strategy.Lead and develop the regional procurement team to deliver reliable, high-quality service.Stakeholder & Integration ManagementEngage internal customers to build influence and ensure satisfaction, resolve issues with suppliers, monitor key KPIs, and drive continuous improvements across quality and cost reduction.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Operations to drive integration efforts, maintain supply continuity, manage organizational change, and deliver synergy targets with minimal business impact.Must-Have Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, procurement, supply chain, or a business-related field.A minimum of 8 years of procurement experience required, ideally in indirect procurement with category management experience.Experience in negotiating and finalizing business terms and conditions for supplier contracts.Demonstrated user experience in an ERP systems environment.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to analyze, prioritize, and lead numerous procurement initiatives and contract negotiations simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills that allow working relationships with a wide range of vendors and colleagues.Experience in a global or highly matrixed organization.Amplifon is the global leader in the hearing care retail market, empowering people to rediscover all the emotions of sound.
