Am Barista

TPI Hospitality is seeking a friendly and professional Barista to serve food and beverages while providing an exceptional guest experience. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review upcoming activities to anticipate busy and slow periods.
• Stock food, coffee, and beverage supplies.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for tills at the start and end of shifts.
• Ring up items accurately, compute bills, collect payment, and provide change as needed.
• Take and fill customer orders promptly and courteously.
• Serve meals, salads, and beverages to patrons as required.
• Greet guests warmly and introduce yourself by name.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, food items, and daily specials.
• Ensure all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.
• Train new associates as directed.
• Practice responsible alcohol service following TPI Hospitality Alcohol Awareness Program.
• Clean and organize work area at the end of the shift according to checklist.
• Communicate issues, concerns, complaints, compliments, and suggestions to management.
• Support TPI Hospitality's Mission, Vision, philosophy, policies, and procedures.
