Human Resources Manager – Warehouse & Logistics
Location: Minooka, IL

We’re looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and help shape a positive and supportive work environment. As our HR Manager, you'll be essential in supporting our warehouse team and making sure we continue to grow and thrive together.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll handle all HR functions for our warehouse, partnering with leadership to make key people decisions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring and bring in top talent.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Create a positive work environment and reduce turnover.
• HR Compliance & Recordkeeping: Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
• Training & Conflict Resolution: Lead training, resolve issues, and handle employee relations.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Oversee timekeeping, assist with benefits, and serve as the HR contact.
• Culture & Leadership Development: Support managers to create a strong, thriving team culture.

What You Bring to the Table
To be successful, you should have:

• 5+ years of HR experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong recruiting, hiring, and compliance knowledge.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Experience with payroll, HRIS, and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred (but not required):

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
