California Central Coast $50K Sign-On + $50K Retention Bonus

This outpatient Internal Medicine opportunity on California s Central Coast offers the rare combination of strong financial incentives and genuine work-life balance. Practice Overview

100% outpatient Internal Medicine within a well-established regional group
Multiple clinic options, including San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Lompoc, and Santa Maria
Optional teaching involvement with a Family Medicine residency program
Collaborative infrastructure with strong clinical and administrative support
Phone-only call limited to approximately four weeks per year

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary with RVU incentives
$50,000 sign-on bonus and $50,000 retention bonus
Up to $144,000 in student loan repayment
Medical benefits, malpractice coverage, retirement match, and relocation assistance
Four-day workweek option supporting long-term balance

Candidate Profile

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for California medical licensure
Committed to outpatient-focused, relationship-driven care
Position not eligible for J1 or H1B visa sponsorship
