Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Deliver therapy interventions per the PT plan of care to help patients restore mobility and improve function
- Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and compassion
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs so patients can continue their recovery with confidence
- Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising PT and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards to create a safe healing environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- A genuine passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
