Overview Per Diem Seeking Ob/Gyn Hospitalists for our Salinas, CA Practice - Apply Today! Responsibilities Responsibilities include OB ED coverage, emergencies as well as OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring and a low volume of delivery attendance for community OBs Provide 24-hour in-house coverage Labor and delivery facility has nine private suites Qualifications Board Certified Active CA License in Hand Minimum of 1 Year's Experience Benefits and Compensation Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. W-2 designated position. Compensation: The pay for this position is $170.00 /hour Our benefits include for Per Diem members: Employee Assistance Malpractice Insurance, Plus tail coverage. Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO Per diem team members are not eligible for company holidays. Per diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
