IT Business System Analyst

Supporting various data-focused projects, the remote IT Business System Analyst will serve as a liaison between business and technology groups, identifying complex systems requirements and validating solutions to drive organizational change. Key responsibilities Identify and define complex systems requirements, scope, and objectives while assessing current business systems Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to document, model, and analyze business requirements Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with teams during project planning, execution, and closure phases Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Teams Knowledge of industry tools and techniques for requirements elicitation and analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse audiences Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
