Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions that cover various aspects of communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team comprising physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families to develop integrated care plans.

Provide education to patients and their families to foster progress that extends beyond the clinic walls.

Participate occasionally in inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure a seamless continuum of care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain meticulous and timely records in compliance with all state and federal regulations, alongside organizational protocols.

Engage in continual professional development to remain abreast of advancements and trends in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required if ASHA certification is pending.

Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferable.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be acquired within 30 days of onboarding.

Expertise in evidence-based practice across all age groups, with a robust understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.

Outstanding communicative abilities with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
