Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Location: Remote or Local (Preferred: Virginia, North Carolina, or Maryland)

Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Active licensure as one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Current Virginia licensure required; North Carolina licensure strongly preferred.

Experience providing behavioral health counseling services in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.

Job Duties

Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to behavioral health patients.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' social, psychological, cultural, environmental, and financial needs.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and discharge plans.

Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate care.

Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as needed to support positive patient outcomes.

Provide consultation, supervision, education, and support to staff as appropriate.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Additional Information

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (24 hours per week)

Work Arrangement: Remote or local candidates accepted; preference for candidates located in VA, NC, or MD

Compensation: Up to $38.50/hour
