Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (K-8 preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with K-8 populations and IEP implementation
• Passion for fostering inclusive learning environments
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Comfortable using technology for instruction and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Differentiate instruction in accordance with students’ abilities and goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Provide small group and individualized instruction to support learning
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
• Communicate progress and strategies to families and team members
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom that prioritizes safety and growth
