Job Description
Colonial Fence Co. is seeking full-time Fence Fabricators to join our team. We are a leading manufacturer and installer of premium cellular vinyl, cedar, PVC fencing, and custom garden products.
As a member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality custom products, including fencing, pergolas, arbors, gates, and other specialty outdoor structures. Responsibilities include preparing materials to specifications, assembling custom orders, maintaining quality standards, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced shop environment.
Qualifications:
Strong carpentry skills and experience working with wood or PVC products preferred
- Ability to read and follow specifications and shop drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing/shop environment
Compensation:
Pay is competitive and based on experience, skills, and qualifications. We provide training on our specific product lines, but candidates should possess solid carpentry knowledge and a commitment to producing exceptional work.
This is an on-site position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Franklin, MA or relocate prior to starting employment.
