Housing Stability Case Manager
CAMBA
CAMBA is seeking a Case Manager in Brooklyn, NY to form plans for permanent housing placement and to engage clients needing social service assistance. You will interview and assess clients, create Independent Living Plans, and refer to community resources. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), potential First Aid/CPR and overdose prevention certifications, and a preference for bilingual English/Spanish.
