Data Entry Clerk

About the Opportunity We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a large customer account migration project. In this role, you'll help consolidate customer purchasing activity into a new ERP system by reviewing account information, updating records, communicating changes to customers, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the transition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and update customer account information

• Perform data cleanup including addresses, contacts, and account records

• Support customer account migration efforts within a new ERP environment

• Send customer communications, FAQs, and project updates

• Manage mass email campaigns and track responses

• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding account changes

• Partner with internal teams including Procurement, Finance, and Project Management

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Research and resolve data discrepancies

What They're Looking For

2-4 years of customer service, account support, operations, or administrative experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic to intermediate Excel skills (filtering, sorting, updating spreadsheets, working with large datasets)

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Customer account data management

• ERP systems

• Data migration or system conversion projects

• Customer communications regarding business or process changes

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN 55413.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
