Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatics Pharmacist to optimize pharmacy technology, improve medication safety, and support regulatory compliance across hospital pharmacy operations.

The ideal candidate will combine clinical pharmacy knowledge with technical expertise to improve medication-use systems, streamline workflows, and enhance patient safety. This role also involves supporting pharmacy automation, electronic health records, drug diversion monitoring, and medication management technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and support pharmacy informatics systems, software, and workflows.
• Improve medication safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Support pharmacy automation systems and automated dispensing technologies.
• Maintain and improve the use of smart IV pumps, barcode scanning, and medication tracking systems.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Current Kansas pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain Kansas licensure is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices and medication-use processes.

Work Schedule: 8 hours per day
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000, subject to discussion during the interview
