As the Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services that meet the unique needs of each individual.

About the Role:

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:

• Leadership : Oversee and manage the nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants

• Quality Assurance : Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Care Coordination : Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and effective care management

• Staff Development : Identify education and training needs, develop and implement staff development programs to enhance clinical and interpersonal skills

• Communication : Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent communication and customer service

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement care plans, interventions, and patient-centered services

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Develop and manage the nursing budget, including staff salaries, supplies, and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
