What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Cape Fear Spice Merchant, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the perfect product for their needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in finding the perfect spices, teas, or other products.
• Offering product recommendations and sharing your knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring inventory is well-displayed.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and brings enthusiasm to every interaction. Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of retail experience —you know your way around a store and how to engage with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our unique product offerings.
• Dependability and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
