Job Description

Whack Vermont is an indoor golf simulator inside the Shelburne Athletic Club (166 Athletic Drive, Shelburne, VT 05482). We're looking for someone to run the business with us this winter. If it goes well, there's a path to long-term ownership.

THE ROLE

\n

You'll treat this like your own business. Starting right away, you will:

\n

- Build and launch winter golf leagues, then run them week to week.

\n

- Own sales and marketing: corporate and group events, memberships, lessons, social media, local partnerships and email.

\n

- Look after the customer experience and grow repeat bookings.

\n

- Find new ways to fill slow hours and raise revenue.

\n

\n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

\n

- An owner's mindset. You see problems and fix them without being asked.

\n

- Real golf experience. You know the game and the people who play it.

\n

- Leadership. You're comfortable organizing leagues, talking to customers and making decisions.

\n

- Sales and marketing skills, with some proof of results.

\n

- Reliable and comfortable working evenings and weekends in season.

\n

\n

COMPENSATION

\n

Very attractive pay, with performance upside tied to growth. If you're the right fit, long-term ownership is on the table. We think leagues and better marketing can easily double revenue, and you'd share in that.
