Where You'll Start

Our organization supports  Spectrum as a telecommunications retail partner , working directly with customers inside major retail locations.

You'll begin in a hands-on customer acquisition role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiating professional conversations with retail customers
• Understanding customer needs and service preferences
• Explaining available internet and mobile solutions
• Recommending appropriate products and promotions
• Assisting interested customers with enrollment
• Tracking individual sales performance
• Participating in coaching and professional development

This is a customer-facing retail sales position, not a remote or office-based business strategy role.
