Overview
Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel) in Ukiah, CA. Travel assignment starts 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour night shift. Work setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital with a Med/Surg unit. Weekly pay ranges from $1,783 to $1,856.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit following established nursing standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patients, analyze data, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor for adverse events, and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Coordinate care with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and supervise assigned nursing staff as needed.
- Provide education to patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and facilitate continuity of care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (state of practice)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg or acute care nursing experience
- BLS or CPR certification required; ACLS certification required; PALS certification required
- BSN degree preferred
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift in an acute care setting
