Required within 48 hours of signing : The Highland Clarksburg-Authorization and Release Form (DHHR Release Form) needs to be completed returned within 48 hours of the traveler signing. This form must be printed, and hand signed in blue ink. The DHHR Search takes an average of 3-10 business days to process. Results of this search are required for the candidate to receive access to their modules. Modules: Modules are non-billable, 8 hours of modules Modules are completed prior to start, included in 16hrs of NBO Modules are recorded by facility The candidate s modules must be completed before orientation, or they will be turned away from orientation.
