We now need results-driven School Registrars to join our school communities.The Registrar is central to the academic operations of their school. Reporting to the School Leader, the Registrar is the guardian of scholar data — responsible for maintaining accurate academic records, managing adult and scholar rostering, individual scholar scheduling, and monitoring scholars' promotion readiness, including graduation requirements. They own the systems and processes that keep this data accurate, compliant, and current.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Records ManagementOwns the accuracy of academic records across rostering, gradebook, and enrollment data in eSDReviews and approves outputs across academic systemsMaintains the integrity of records in the systems as the source of truth, and manages downstream consistency across connected platformsRostering & Gradebook ManagementServes as the school-level point of contact for all roster changes, schedule adjustments, and gradebook updatesSubmits and reviews requests through the academic operations portalResolves exceptions and non-standard cases that require direct interventionIdentifies and escalates recurring data discrepancies across systemsManages scholar ELL statuses and testing accommodations, ensuring continuous compliance and accuracy throughout the yearAssessment OperationsManages assessment security and execution logistics, including ensuring secure storage, handling, and distribution of all paper-based (K–1, Regents, and other high-stakes paper-based exams) and digital materialsSupports faculty and school leaders with the systems used to administer digital assessmentsAcademic Systems & Data FluencyDevelops and maintains fluency across all SA academic platforms, staying current as the data ecosystem evolvesDirects school staff to self-serve data tools and centrally provisioned resources; generates targeted reports for complex needsIdentifies recurring system and data entry issues, sharing patterns with the network team to drive operational process improvementsTrains school staff on system capabilities and best practices, fostering a transparent and communicative culture around data accuracy and scholar performanceWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated performance and potential in existing role of Assessment Associate, Assessment Specialist, or RegistrarTakes ownership: does not wait to be told something is wrong — finds it, flags it, fixes itStrong with systems: picks up new platforms quickly and understands how data flows between themProcess-minded: builds and maintains reliable systems in a role where accuracy is non-negotiableClear communicator: translates data and operational issues into plain language for school communities, quickly and in writingCalm under pressure: manages competing deadlines and urgent requests without losing accuracyEager to grow: comfortable in an environment where the tools, workflows, and scope of the role continue to evolveExact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.Compensation Range$65,000 - $75,000 USDSuccess Academy Charter Schools is an equal opportunity employer and actively encourages applications from people of all backgrounds.
