- Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor client progress by collecting and analyzing data; adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to support client goals
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines
- Prepare detailed clinical documentation and progress reports
- Provide caregiver training to promote skill generalization and independence
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Proven experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
- Strong skills in data analysis, treatment planning, and team supervision
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
