Pediatric Hospital Sales Specialist - Minneapolis, MN

Abbott seeks a Pediatric Hospital Sales Specialist to promote and grow nutrition products in hospital settings across the Minneapolis area. The role involves managing territory sales goals, hospital negotiations, and clinical education for healthcare professionals in NICU and pediatric departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support territory sales goals for pediatric nutrition products in major hospital systems
- Conduct hospital negotiations, contracting, and supply chain coordination
- Deliver clinical product knowledge and information to physicians, nurses, and dietitians
- Host educational events for healthcare professionals one to two evenings per quarter
- Manage budget, administrative tasks, and work independently with high initiative
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum three years hospital sales experience with supply chain and healthcare professionals, or clinical background
- Registered Dietitian credential preferred, with sales experience and technical knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds for product movement and stocking
- Local Minneapolis residence; relocation not available
Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
