Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $255,000-$295,000, model based on productivity. Uncapped earnings and above‑market compensation. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment to adult, child, and adolescent populations, including medication management and therapy. Qualifications Licensed in one or more U.S. states with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification. Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Experience providing both medication management and therapy.
