A company is looking for an Applications Support Analyst. Key Responsibilities Perform routine healthcare information system and application support in Epic Tapestry Benefits Research, analyze, and recommend application workflow improvements Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain information technologies to support business needs Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree required Preferred area of focus in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred Information Technology (IT) certification must be obtained within six months of hire if applicable
