Senior Data Quality Analyst

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote Senior Data Quality Analyst will lead analytical efforts to ensure data integrity and accuracy while driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities Analyze complex data sets to maintain data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements Proactively query databases, review data and dashboards, and understand data flow processes Support the implementation of data initiatives in collaboration with engineering, finance, and compliance teams Required qualifications Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; experience with Snowflake and Python is a plus Demonstrated analytical mindset with investigation skills and a strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and present findings to stakeholders across the organization Experience navigating a startup environment and dealing with uncertainty Insurance domain knowledge is ideal but not required
