Conduct comprehensive evaluations utilizing standardized testing and practical observation across pediatric, adult, and senior demographics.

Craft individualized treatment plans that address immediate goals and long-term needs regarding communication, cognition, or swallowing.

Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions targeting areas like language, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to foster integrated care approaches.

Provide education for patients and their families to facilitate progress beyond clinical sessions.

Assist with occasional evaluations and therapies in an inpatient capacity to maintain seamless continuity in care.

Ensure meticulous documentation that aligns with state regulations and organizational standards.

Engage in continuous professional growth through education and peer collaborations.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be acquired within 30 days of starting employment.

Proficient in evidence-driven therapeutic methods for all age groups, with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and a wide range of professionals.

Able to modify therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Exhibits excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and adhere to documentation protocols.
