Required Qualifications • At least 3 years of hands-on internal or corporate communications experience.

Preferred Qualifications • Prior background or specialization in technology communications, or experience working within tech, financial services, or consumer brands. • Exceptional written, verbal, and editorial skills with a strong portfolio of internal content creation.

Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Internal Communications Specialist to support our technology team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our associates connect their daily work to broader business strategies. You will craft compelling narratives, manage communication channels, and partner closely with the Associate Experience team to build an engaged, well-informed culture.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, write, and distribute engaging organizational updates, internal newsletters, blogs, and posts for the technology team. • Translate complex technology initiatives and business strategies into clear, digestible, and compelling content for internal audiences. • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior team members, stakeholders, and the Associate Experience team to execute communication campaigns. • Monitor industry communication trends and employee feedback to continuously optimize our internal messaging strategies.
