Physical Therapist

PT-Home Health Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Interim HealthCare- Maine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Waterboro, ME. In this role, you will provide expert physical therapy services to our patients, helping them recover, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands‑on physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. Document all treatment sessions and patient progress accurately and timely. Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maine. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $48.00 to $54.00 per hour.
