Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and provide basic patient care under the supervision of RNs and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Take and record patient vital signs, weight, and input/output.
- Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort.
- Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas.
- Follow facility protocols for infection control and patient safety.
Qualifications :
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused.
