Established and growing law firm located in Troy seeks an insurance defense attorney to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of Michigan No-Fault and insurance defense litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Manage case files from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Michigan .
• 1-5 years of experience in Michigan No-Fault law and insurance defense litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.
